I agree. Especially with the "slowly backs away" post, as it is even better considering the images are gone :D
On topic:
So, this is what I get from the link.
You control a group of musicians, and your job is to keep the city clear. It says it's big, and then gives a size of the town, but as my Japanese is pretty bad, I don't get how big it is.
Among the chores you do, you wash cars, clean streets, catch cats and sing. All done with the Wiimote/Nunchuck or Wii speak (not needed).
As you work through the game, you can get the animals you kill to join your crew of musicians (not sure if they're really musicians... Might be poorly translated). The animals have different abilities. Monkeys can steal from enemies, sheep make people happy, and dogs make your crew run faster.
The game is far longer than Parappa, and is set in a similar (or the same?) universe, but is copmpletely different.
It has several music elements, but those are more like mini games (I think), and just a small part of the game.
So it is definitely not anything like Wii Music.
