That's a wonderful attitude to have, dude, and I applaud you for it. Contrary to my ribbing, school always comes first.
As for changing up the format a bit more, have you considered doing an interview "live"? That is to say, for some interviews, get your questions, post them one at a time in this thread, and have the interviewee respond, possibly even inviting questions/comments from the "audience." If you're worried about making someone uncomfortable, you can even submit the questions to the interviewee ahead of time, so he/she can have some idea of what to expect.
