lol, hyped up endlessly? Fragile? Hardly.
Not nearly as hyped as one of the 15 past failed PS3 saviors. If any group here has an issue with over hyping ever game that say "Only For" on it, it would be the PS3 fans.
So far games that were "hyped" for the Wii, MP3 (success), SMG (success), Brawl (success), TOS2(I like it, but moderate sales), WiiFit (success)
Hmm those are the only games I remember having major hype, there were a few games that once they came out people were like this games is awsome everyone buy (Z&W and NMH)
Basically I cant think of any games for the Wii that have been highly hyped and failed. I sure there is one, but I didnt come up with any.

Wii- 72 million 3rd Year Peak, better slate of releases
360- 37 million Should trend down slightly after 3rd year peak
PS3- 29 million Sales should pick up next year, 3rd year peak and price cut
