They'll probably start with something like 20-30% off storewide, then as the deadline in March approaches go up to 50, 60, 70, or whatever percent is necessary to move everything. That's the way it went down when the Comp USA near me closed down last year.
That way they can preserve at least some of their margin with goods that are expected to sell better, and soften the blow a bit.l
