Wii: A handful of great original exclusives. The controller works well for certain games.
X360: Rez HD, Castle Crashers, GeoW2. I would say Braid but that's coming to PC/Mac.
DS: Really an amazing library. GBA compatibility is icing on the cake.
PSP: Patapon, ps3 remote play.
