well its obviously not anyones fault.
i belive square themselfs wanted to make the game on 360, it was after all not a signed exclusive with sony. so obviously they need time to port things over.
what i do belive microsoft would have paid for, is same release date in west as ps3 version.
so overall theres nothing you can do, 2010 seems likely now, i just sure hope an asian version with english subs is released.
...not much time to post anymore, used to be awesome on here really good fond memories from VGchartz...
