I think there is a world of difference between doing sword fighting 1:1 and what we have now which is merely recognition of which direction the Wiimote is moving in - which basically is little better than a directional pad but more visceral.
So any game with sword fighting (Red Steel 2, Star Wars Whatever Lightsaber game) will be a far superior seller with WM+.
Tiger Woods could potentially become a MUST HAVE for every golfer out there if the WM+ is sensitive enough (possibly combined with balance board) to not only realistically recreate your swing exactly but tell you what you're doing wrong with it. Golfers would have no problem shelling out $500 for Wii, WiiFit, TW'10 if it'll help improve their swing.
Also huge difference for baseball, tennis games too (and Cricket if someone is smart enough to make it)
Wii Fit 2 could use WM+ to great advantage as it'll be able to identify how your doing exercises without the balance board. And we know how well Wii Fit sells.
In many games the difference will be insignificant because the developer won't want to limit themselve to only people with WM+ so the game has to be playable without it. But it does open up all new possibilities of gameplay that developers can explore if they do go WM+ only.
Ultimately it may amount to nothing if all we get is crap mini-games with poor utilization. But there's a ton of money lying on the table for some smart developer to make AAA games that utilizes it to give people fun vertual experiences without living the comfort of their homes (and having to spend $$$ on the real thing).
