So good sales for the Wii and 360, both posting pretty much 100% increase on this time last year. PS3 is down but only by 9k, that is not a lot. But we now move into a lot lower sales period where in a few weeks 9k will be seen as a lot.

Interesting to see the PS2 sales almost matching PS3 sales. PS2 was awesome.

In other words, Wii actually is selling better in relation to its competitors in Others this week compared to last year?

 

Yes, but it has also been trending like this.

Q1 08: 41.7%

Q2 08: 49.2%

Q3 08: 52.9%

Q4 08: 51.4%

 

So as you see, it is now going around 50% market share (but expect ~ 47% for January) in Others, while it was before 08 skipping around 40%.
