so you're saying that the PS3 will sell max 10 million between launch and January 2008 (going by your sig), taking into account 2 holiday periods and the launch period, and then another minimum 10 million by August, at a rate of 1.2 million per month in the slowest period of the year? And this is if the PS3 gets a huge boost this holidayand doubles its total sales in just 2 months (ie, not likely). Going by your lower prediction (7 million) you expect 13 million PS3s sold in 8 months, or about 1.6 million per month, from January to August.

You need to recheck your maths.
