Since everyone else is chest beating about their prognostications here's mine
"I don't think those games will live up the sales figures of their hype, just too many games and not enough users for the systems they will be on. Some will also undoutedly fail to live up to the hype in all regards, if the early reviews are any indication Lair is the prime candidate for that."
Hmmm, I did include Bioshock and Mass Effect as games that won't light up the charts but in my defense "by light up the charts" I meant Gears of War sales since the argument was over "system sellers". As I expected it appear's that Bioshock's sales will be a lot closer to Lost Planet's than GoW's (much less Halo's).
As for ckmlb, wow, he's 0 for 3 on calling games (the record being negative on RE4:WE and Bioshock, positive on Lair).
