All of the NIS PSP games already are rare (outside of Disgaea).

DJ Max Fever is one to look for. I expect only 20-30k to even be shipped to retailers in its lifetime. Prinny is going to be rare.

The Way of the Samurai game and the Tenchu game are rare also.
