Spam

I have received a few spam messages on vgchartz now.

I think it is time for a "spam" button when reading messages.

Perhaps if a single user gets flagged 10 or so times (or by 10 diff uesrs, probably be better!) the admins could investigate?  it'd make an easy to way to prevent spam from becoming a big problem.
