My vote goes to a former Bullfrog IP: Magic Carpet
(as we all know PC games won´t come to VC, I'd rather wish EA would make a new Magic Carpet game for Wii. Would be a perfect IP for this console imo).
@WiiBox: I think you can already play Legend of Kyrandia 1-3 and many other old adventures on Wii via ScummVM (I never tried ScummVM on my Wii, but my LucasArts adventures work good on DS). Not so sure about KQ though. Check scummvm.org for compatibility, if you are interested.
