Just say you are having issues with Brawl and loud sounds from your Wii and they wil repair it for free.
I had to send in my launch Wii in 3 times before it finally got fixed (issues with Brawl) but I got a free Classic Controller out of it because I had to send it in so many times.
Nintendo Customer Service is the best on this planet, They even replaced my wifes DS touch screen out of warrenty for free
