WKC vs SO4 which one has bigger chance at first HD jRPG to sell 1 Milion

I don't see Star Ocean passing 1 million before WKC simply because of the past success of JRPGs on the 360 plus the lack of JRPGs on the PS3. Plus look at the games and downloadable content hitting the 360.

the week before release, Street Fighter IV and GTA DLC , and a week or so after the release of Star Ocean is Halo Wars and RE5. Unless SE hits hard on the advertising of Star Ocean just before release, it could get swallowed by great games and effect sales.
