hmm.. Star Ocean 4 probably has the better chance to sell 1 million and to do it faster, for it's US release is just days after the japanese release (and Eu release certainly won't be a long wait either, although I didn't find a date for that)
and as you mentioned the IP has proven to be able to sell more than 1 million even without the exclusivity hype it's getting this time
