That's a regular occurence for 360.

It's mostly the other way around for PS3, Resistance even sold more in Europe then America.

 

 

Resistance 2 sold about 200k more in America compared to others.

It had three extra holiday weeks. I'm sure if they released at the same time, the 160k difference wouldn't exist.
