psrock, so far I agree and disagree. Compared to good regular cells, yes. But I've been talking all day, at least 3 hours of talk time plus 30 minutes of browsing and it's not dead yet (I got an hour of talk time before it died out of the box, then charged it). I turned down the back lighting and changed it to 30 seconds till the screen goes dark. Which is way better than my sister-in-law gets out of her iphone.
I would cite regulation, but I know you will simply ignore it.
