Why not ? It has a multiplayer mode and features the new Halo 3 mappack.

I think it's a pretty attractive package, but if somebody is mainly into the multiplayer, they might be inclined to just buy the maps off Live. I do think that budget price + maps + awesome campaign + co-op + HALOZ will make this a huge seller, though.
