I want to point out that Gold =/= Platinum. Gold means 500k. Platinum 1000k (or 1 million).
Also, the list is from Wikipedia, so your bold claim is ludicrous. I checked the Player's Choice list from Wikipedia. Also, I never said this was all about 'ONLY 1 million +' but rather something to show a lot of games were more succesful then this sites' sales might suggest. This is based on the Player's Choice status which means 250k in 1 region.
