DmeisterJ you weren't right at all. Your argument was because IGN said played that it must have been played that was said. Whereas every other single website had it said as sold. You took the word of one source over multiple other sources.
People always take official numbers over VGC. It makes sense, they are after all official. If Nintendo revealed they had only shipped 40million Wiis no one would expect the site to keep it's number. You only took VGC numbers because you are a fanboy and refused to believe LBP may have sold the lower number.
If I said wii fit would sell amazingly and then the logic I used was because I had a dream it would. I wouldn't be right I would be lucky.
Jai93485 was the first person to actually get confirmation it was played and not sold so credit goes to him. SSJ12 also did earlier but since he couldn't name a source it was still unsure.
And indeed darth you did win. Even with margins of error LBP should easily be above 1.5million.
