No it doesn't. It might have the seemingly best lineup for 09, but we can't predict the future. As for its past library, well, we all have our opinions, but metacritic, million sellers, and most people(even Sony fanboys) on this site should disagree with you.
It has a good library, but saying it has the best library this gen, right now, is imo, a joke.
