super paper mario is pretty good if you think you'd like a oldschoolish mario platformer with a few rpg elements thrown in for good measure.
if you get your wii hooked up to the internet, you HAVE to buy world of goo! it a very original puzzler with some nice art direction, and just an awesome atmosphere to it. it's a 15$ downloadable game you buy off the wii shop channel.
if you haven't played the previous animal crossing game,s you might want to check into it.
