@RolStoppable - almost everyone has had a NTSC and PAL compatible TV for at least 5 years over here
@Kasz - Yes, Australia and New Zealand are English speaking countries, which pretty much everyone speaks, besides some members of the indigenous community or from foreign countries. So pretty much the only difference from America is the fact that words like colour are spelt with a 'u'.
@People saying other consoles get delay too - I wasn't aware of this, my apologies, however, out of curiosity, do they (ms and sony) have region locking on their hardware?
