Metroid Prime, Eternal Darkness, Melee, and TimeSpitters 2
The first two have phenominal single player, the second two are multiplayer games with better replay than any other game I have ever seen. You all know about Melee, but TimeSplitters2... a multiplayer map editor in a console FPS! FreeRadical = geniuses.
