Perhaps, but probably not.
Certainly the Wii's install base, and the long wait between "gamer" games, is going to help (really, what was the last Wii game to generate positive interest here?), but the stylized graphics and violence will turn some gamers off.
Unless it absolutely sucks (and it might), it should eventually hit 500k, but unless is completely rocks (and it might) it won't hit 1m.
