Why would Hamas sign it?
Does it force Israel to free Gaza from the prison? No.
Does it force Israel to allow food, fuel, water, electricity, in/out? No.

Hamas has a legitimate reason to continue its military attacks. Israel's actions upon the Gazan people are inhumane and reminiscent of the same horrible actions Europeans/Russians once did to Jewish people.

All were had... but fuel supplies were limited as far as I remember.

And we have a legitimate reason to fight them... if they think they are gonna get out of their situation by killing our civilians, they are dead wrong.

1) Gaza was under a 100% embargo during the last ceasefire. That meant no food/electricty/water/anything coming in. If it were not already there, it wasn't getting there.

2) If Israel thinks they are going to get somekind of peace by killing Arab civilians they are *dead* wrong.

So now we are deliberately killing civilians.

But then again, you're someone who thinks there can be peace here. Therefore, I'm not even gonna argue.
