I've downloaded it because of price and hard copy release date (EU). If you have a headset you can't go wrong with downloadable only version. You can download manual, ... it's the same game... only difference is one profile only restriction... and fact you don't have to swap discs when you want to play something else - it works directly from HDD - no shit
