That's because the standard PS3 now comes with GT5:P bundled for free, there is no longer a non-bundled PS3 for sale in Japan. The other 8k will be premium bundles such as LBP, WE 09 etc.

 

 

Smart move, they should bundle MNG5 and Ratchet as well IMO.
