You are wrong.
N64 saw MUCH MORE hate that ANY console ever created. And to help you remember things. The hate was directed not only by press, fans, etc but from developers, publishers too. which is not the case with ps3 right now.
Come on ps3 fans just admit that you are not familiar to be in the last position and even ms beat you week after week especially on Christmas where you expected skyrocket sales for your machine.
I'll say it again. It's good for videogames industry when a giant falls as such things made evolution new ideas and better products. Nintendo did it, ms performs better and better as time pass. It's Sony's turn to think creatively and counter attack with fresh, innovative software in this generation and with a much well rounded console in the next generation. That or they will fail.
