If Wii wins this generation the stock will double your net worth every year. No idea how many years it could just keep doubling, depends on growth and how much software/games Nintendo can move. The Wii is only 20% of Nintendo's earnings, so the bottom line has room to grow.
Did the value of the gaming market expand by 30% this year? I swear that a year ago the gaming market was valued at $30B a year, but last week I saw an article that said it was worth $39B. Mind boggling if the gaming market is growing at 30% a year.
Tough stock to just hold though, the way it swings depending on the yen, or the economy, or some obscure news. I have been about to sell out 3 times in less than a year, but each time I decided to use the dip to increase my holdings.
The urge to play is a terrible thing to waste.
