Generally assume 20% accuracy for worse case (often closer to 10%)...

4.5 - 20% = 3.44

Vgchartz has over that. Plus the 4.3 is shipped, not sold to consumers (sold to retailers), so all the numbers match up.

 

If it was under 3 then I might question it.
