That's obviously largely due to the fact that the PC counterparts were released 3 years after the fact. I think most people can see why justifying the same high review score on a 3 year old game isn't 'fitting'. I think Gearbox did the ports as well. The game was made ground up for consoles, it might seem a bit 'slow' for most FPS fans on the PC.
