The problem is that there's no way to see yearly charts for Europe, thus you can't see yearly charts worldwide. My suggestion is to use the yearly charts for Americas and Japan

for Americas

for Japan
And then check with the Others sales for the top games (They should be mostly the same games as Americas + FIFA and PES). There's no way to do it directly
