When Nintendo Revolution changed its name to Wii, I... much like the internet, was in shock. It seemed so, kiddy, pointless, and redundant. But that also is what got me interested in the Wii. After that stunt move, I knew nintendo was in this generation for keeps, and they would do everything in their power to tie with microsoft and sony.
Sony on the other hand, I expected them to fall. I didn't expect them to fall so hard though. I pretty much expected them to settle around a healthy 40% market share and watch em coast the rest of the generation.
So, my expectations were a bit blown outta the water. I predicted both nintendo getting a gain in the market, and sony losing some of the market. I didn't predict the severity of it however.
