I'm actually, believe or not working on my second play-though. (in 09, still playing a game from 07. *sigh*) You'll find with mass-effect different plays will have VERY different outcomes. Even minor things like combat. Playing as a Soldier in comparison to playing as a biotic is very different from one-another. Playing as a Renegade is very different from playing as a Vangaurd. Heck, you may even find quests you missed in the game that ya didn't pick up before!
