How do you LIVE without bookmarks? I have dozens upon dozens, they're almost a history of my adventures on the internet. I periodically purge the more useless ones but it still grows over time.
P.S. You can count on me to help you out with SCII.

I'm generally good with addresses, the only 2 bookmarks (3 now) I had to deal with C++ and Java libraries.
There IS another option, donate enough money so that on Dec. 31st I can buy whatever SC2 is lacking, if it is. |
Yeah, but unless you have one of those perfect memories I don't believe you can keep track of the amount of stuff I am keeping bookmarks of. I mean, it's easy to remember a website address, but what about a specific thread or article or whatever? And what about a website you don't visit often?
I admit that a lot of my bookmarks could be substituted for by the "favorites" function a subscriber gets in YouTube, for example, but VG Chartz, for another example, does not have such a functionality that I am aware of. Although I guess I could think of a way around that too ... but still! That's basically just subcontracting the bookmarks.
I would lose so much information, so many little corners of the world wide web that I would have a hell of a time tracking down again, if I had to live the way you do voluntarily. And I wouldn't be able to browse through them and say, "oh yeah, that one". I guess it's a cross between actual reference material and a photo album.
To each their own I guess.
P.S. How's THAT for off topic?

Touche, however I don't remember the addresses per se, I remember how I got to the information that I needed, whether it's the googled word or the forum post name or whatever got me to the place I need to be at. I never ussed bookmarks as much for keeping track of a page as much as I have for quick use. After all it only takes a click or two.
