Is the Wii stronger than the original Xbox, if so..

Talking about the Doom3 and the Conduit..

Conduit looks cartoonie compared to Doom 3 on Xbox.

And the Detail is much better on Doom 3.

Look at the skin/shell detail of the enemies.. even the one furthest back in the Doom pic looks better then the conduits..
