Well, its just my opinion, but, for the, the real "battle" started when the launch of the ps3, so from 11/04/06 to 01/03/09:
ps3: 19,312,564
360: 22,145,581
So, it have sold 3 millions more, not great, but, with the 5 milions than it has before the ps3 launch, no matter how you see it, the xbox 360 its 8 m over the ps3 right now and thats a big advantage
