I fully agree with the sentiment of this article, even if the author is looking at the past with rose-tinted glasses. Ah, to think of the number of playground arguments we had about Mario vs. Sonic...heck, check out the old Googlegroups topics on videogames: it's always been a man-baby run industry, and I'm hoping that this changes soon.
