So he says 2 things: 1) PS3 YoY sales increased by 40% compared to last year 2) PS3 sales increased 130% during the holiday season (NOT compared to last year).
Do the math, it wouldn't make sense - if the PS3 had really seen a 130% holiday boost compared to last year (which means selling more than double the amount of units during the holiday season compared to last year) the YoY increase would be much higher than 40% as the PS3 sold much better YoY for the first half of 2008.

Haha that is tricky business but I do see it now. And yea there is no way they shipped through 4-5 million like MS with the data we have to date. They had to have a lot of stock left in channel last quarter for sure.
