I would go twilight princess, only because I prefer the 3D graphics over the cell shading, so I never bought windwaker. But I do have the phantom hourglass on DS, I like cartoony graphics on the DS, it really suites it, but I prefer nice 3D graphics on my TV :) I'm hoping the next zelda on the wii goes even harder with the 3D, I want something like a scaled back version of Fable II
