They were all pretty shit, though I liked Street Fighter and Double Dragon (SCOTT WOLF!) in a so-bad-they're-good way. I'm sure the forthcoming game movies will be shit as well. I do hold out a bit of hope for the Bioshock and Gears of War flicks.
Maybe part of the problem is that it's difficult to take an IP and introduce it to a new audience while keeping true to canon enough to please the fans of the game. Also, what works in a video game often makes for a pretty lame movie. Games typically don't have amazing writing, and even the ones with the very best stories aren't really up to snuff versus the very best movies. We're simply more forgiving of this because of the immediacy of interactive entertainment.
But the biggest problem, really, is that all of those movies were just stupid cash-ins.
