Its just I HATE the first-person view. Besides GoldenEye I dislike all FPS that Ive played. I wasnt sure I wanted MP3 but I gave it a shot. Its a good game. I dont regret it. Thing is its been done. Theyre bring the previous 2 enhanced on Wii which will be the superior versions of them. Its over

As i said before, unless it's melee 3rd person is useless and an utter waste of time. If it's shooting it's retarded for it not to be in 1st person. Just because you don't like it it doesn't mean it's worse.

Same goes for you. I dont think 3rd Person shooters are horrible like you make them out to be. I like Gears of War. I dont want 3rd Person Metroid to be like a Gears game. Im just saying just because you say 3rd person shooting sucks doesnt make it true. I admit the FP metroid worked its just my prefrence that the next would be 3rd Person.

Gears would have been MUCH better if it wasas 1st person, and the only reason it was in 3rd was so that it could implement the cover system, which in first person has existed for decades. We generally call it Crouch. The reticules are off, it's retarded to see wehre you are getting hit from, and overall the shooting is stupid, what's the point if I can jsut tilt the camera so I can see around the wall?
As for melee, you can't do proper badass moves in 1st persosn at all, look at Warrior Within and you'll see why melee should never be done in 3rd person.
