I mean, really. Wii Sports did for the Wii as Super Mario Bros. did for the NES.

 

And, while it's not my favorite game, but it generally has more replay value than Super Mario Bros. does. I'd much rather play Mario Bros,  but, I think people are just idiots who for some reason are afraid of the Wii accomplishing this goal. 

 

if people are still playing wii sports in 2028 then i'll agree , imo the two aren'tt comparable.

How many will it take to qualify as "playing"? Not many play Super Mario Bros. at this point, either.

I disagree mobile phone , pocket pc ,  pc & psp emulators , countless smb flash games. i played smb at least 15 times last year , maybe it's only a handfull that play the classic but it has proly stood the test of time way better than wii sports could.
