the has sold like 8.1 mil according to VGC in
UK, France, Spain, Italy, Germany, Scand, and Australia. Countries I am sure are PAL.
we have them at 2.6 million in others and other europe which I am sure some of those countries are PAL (like netherlands, belgium) and others might not be.
Either way vgc has the 360 at over 8 mil sellthough to countries we know are pal, and ms says they have only shipped 8 million. now if that was like a 3 week old number we would be fine, because MS would have sold most of those shipped.
