He suggested a famous journalist made such a comment and he stated the PS3 and 360 are far apart (like a generation apart).
For the long run IMO he is right about this (due to the Cell, default harddrive and Blu-Ray). It's overall an interesting interview, like he points out (like I have) that through the Cell the RSX can generate graphics without even touching GDDR3 memory.
This is of course from a hardware perspective, game engines need to be adapted to show this potential.
