It's bearly different when you really think about it. PS3 has 256mb of DDR3, and 256XDR. That's a total of 512MB.
360 has 512 DDR3 total. Same. I'm guessing whey they say 512MB they really mean around 480.... It's less. Like on and 80GB HDD you really just have 74GB. For the 256's in ps3 they are really around 230.

PS3 = 230 + 230 = 460
360 = 480....
No, these aren't the actual numbers. But it's some where around there.
My point is, the difference is very small.
