First Kojima does not have any say to whether that franchise should be on a particular platform. Konami does, not Kojima. Everyone believes that since Kojima has his own development team that he makes the decision. Considering Konami publishes the game. Konami president is the one that makes the decision and if the Konami marketing or president thinks it should be on the 360, then it should. 

 

so Spielberg and Lucas have no say where their movies end up? who decided when Star Wars came to DVD? nuff said.
