Mewtwo is more of a reactive character. Wavedash like hell(with a few mind games and little shadow balls) until you see a decent opening in your opponents defenses. Also you can learn a lot from watching vids of Taj on youtube.
Admittedly, you're a lot better off just sticking with someone else. :p Either that or choosing a hardcore secondary.
